The Sista Circle offers a safe and affirming space to share, grow, and build lasting relationships without financial strain or sacrificing your time with family and daily responsibilities.

  • Empowerment through Holistic Practices

    Through guided discussions and holistic mental health practices, you’ll explore themes like resilience, self-care, and emotional regulation. You’ll gain valuable strategies to manage stress, set boundaries, and cultivate self-love, empowering you to thrive in your personal and professional life.

  • Trust and Safety in Healing

    The Sista Circle emphasizes the importance of creating safe spaces for Black women. You’ll engage in meaningful conversations about emotional regulation and identity, learning how to identify and manage your emotions while building trust and understanding within the group. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll leave with a sense of belonging, strength, and joy in your journey.

Movement is Medicine is an annual interactive workshop where women explore non-traditional alternatives to traditional therapy sessions. The Sista Circle continues this conversation during a 6-week cycle, diving deeper into specific topics and challenges for Black women.

Why Naire’s House?

Why therapy for Black women only?

Black women face distinct cultural, social, and emotional challenges that are often overlooked in mainstream mental health care. Naire’s House tailors its services to meet these specific needs, creating a space where Black women feel seen, heard, and supported.

What makes Naire’s House different from traditional therapy?

Naire’s House embraces alternative therapeutic approaches like somatic therapy, movement, and art therapy. It also integrates community, culture, and healing practices that are often neglected in traditional therapy, offering a more holistic and culturally relevant experience.

Is my insurance accepted?

Naire’s House does not provide individual therapy covered by insurance. Instead, we offer mental health wellness coaching as a fee-for-service option. If needed, we can refer you to individual therapy that accepts insurance.
